New Light Child & Family Institute
New Light Child & Family Institute is a subsidiary of New Light Consultants, Inc.   The focus of the institute is to focus on the needs of the individual and family  Our work with families has frequently shown us that many families have difficulty because parents do not know what effective parenting consists of and how to cope with the stress of family life. Although structured parenting classes offer much valuable information parents reporting difficulty in getting the information to translate into effective family interaction. New Light Child & Family Institute therapists provide families education, and skills within the setting in which the skills are applied as they are learned. Therapists educate the family as a whole in a home setting. Therapists assist the family in practicing their skills.

It is within the plan of the Institute to create a Family Living Center. This center will consist of a number of Multi-purpose spaces, which includes a gymnasium, that focuses on family interaction. The realization of this center shall be completed through support funding from individuals, community, corporate and grant support. To support this project contact us at (989) 871- 6695 or email at newlight1@tds.net.   All donations are tax deductible.
